I’m surprised no one emailed me a heads up on this one - and I’ve been so busy working on SSDutch that I haven’t been perusing the CJ6’s showing up on eBay. A local Jeeper gave me the heads up on this pristine, beautiful Tuxedo Park CJ6A currently on eBay. I’m posting more pictures than I normally do, and they are all clickable links to higher resolution versions—this is a great reference for what a Tuxedo Park Jeep should look like.
If you’re not familiar with the Tuxedo Park package, the Early CJ5 site has a good overview of it with more photos and details on what was peculiar to the package. This is one seller who can truly claim that he’s got a “rare” Jeep with only 459 ever made.

I Set out to build a cj5, sold my 1997 sport, was given a 1974, also purchased a 1979 cj5 for parts, then purchased a 1978 cj5, i thought was good, totaly dissasembled for parts, drove from missouri to colorado and purchased a 1960 cj5 body, real nice with windshield frame and tail gate, odo shows only 10089 miles, im using the 1974 frame and a 60-body, will i need those short fenders and hood, anyway, i was able to find a perfect tuxedo park front seat, bench style. i love that seat, purchased 2004 rubicon roll bar, its my favorite, but i am chroming all the same things like the tuxedo park, am going with 350v8 and th350atm, using a late model cj5 dash and tilt-atm on the column, i love the cj5,and the tuxedo park fasinates me, thanks for the pics,,STEPHEN
