In this group the marketing benefits soared. 39 percent claimed that search engine traffic grew, 18 percent stated that leads were generated and 11 percent could attribute sales activity directly to their blog. A good lesson for small business owners considering a business blog.  Like anything else, having a blog in and of itself isn’t going to do anything.  You need to commit to keeping it fresh and updated, otherwise don’t waste your time.
