In Outlook compose a new HTML message. Click Insert, File. Browse to the html file you saved. Next, DO NOT CLICK INSERT. Instead, choose the down arrow next to the INSERT button. Choose INSERT AS TEXT. You may be prompted to convert the file from HTML, choose OK. Link >>

I wanted to test the sending of an HTML newsletter from Outlook 2002. You’d think you could just choose “HTML” as a mail format and copy/paste in your HTML code but noooooooo.
The instructions from the SitePoint forums above worked great.

I just a great little application from Infacta called GroupMail--which is great for email newsletters.
