I’ve decided to try giving instant messaging a go for business use. 

Yeah, I know - kinda late to the party.  Truth is I’ve played with IM programs on and off at different jobs for years, and for someone who checks email every 2 minutes the whole notion of “Instant” seemed redundant..

Anyway, I’ve never gone down the IM path since starting Boyink Interactive, so decided it’s time.

I’ve downloaded and installed Trillian basic, which uses the Jabber framework so that I can connect to ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and MSN Messenger all at once.
