Voice: I guess you’re not the business owner.
Me: No, I am the business owner.  I just have no interest in talking to you.

Voice: I guess your’re not a better business.

I’ve posted before about my experiences with the BBB.  I still think at the most they’re a scam, and at the least no longer relevant in the Internet era.
