Most of the examples are common knowledge among “web-heads”, but if you’re a business owner and new to blogging read them reconsider how you commnunicate with your audience/customers/market. Just like the Cluetrain Manifesto remarked seven (!) years ago now:

Same old tone, same old lies. No wonder networked markets have no respect for companies unable or unwilling to speak as they do.
