Overview:

American Seating - based in Grand Rapids Michigan - has been manufacturing seats of one sort or another for over 100 years (if you’re over the age of 30 you probably sat in one of their desks when in school). 

When it came time to re-design and redevelop American Seating, the company used a team of local providers.  Boyink Interactive did research that led to the development of an internet strategy for the company, created functional specifications for both the site and the content management system chosen to power it, created wireframes to design the interaction flow through the site, and provided implementation guidance that led to a successful site launch.
